Acid and alkali wastewater recycling equipment through four processes to achieve the treatment of sewage, the following is a detailed introduction.

1. Brief introduction of anaerobic biofilter for acid and alkali wastewater reuse equipment

Anaerobic biofilter can filter the large particles and suspended solids in the influent through the filler, so as to realize its filtration function. Anaerobic microorganism can hydrolyze the insoluble material of macromolecule into soluble substance of small molecule, so as to realize its hydrolysis. Anaerobic microorganism can absorb and absorb organic pollutants in water, and part of it is used for its own growth and propagation The denitrifying bacteria in anaerobic microorganism can utilize the nitrate nitrogen in the return water and convert it into nitrogen to remove the nitrogen material in the sewage, so as to realize its denitrification function. The concentration of suspended solids, organic pollutants and nitrogen were reduced after the wastewater was treated by anaerobic filter, and the load of subsequent contact oxidation bed was also reduced.

2. Principle of contact oxidation bed for acid-base wastewater reuse equipment

During the growth and reproduction of aerobic microorganisms on the filler, they form biofilm with larger surface area and higher concentration, which can adsorb most of the organic pollutants in water and reduce the concentration of pollutants, thus realizing its adsorption. Under the condition that the wastewater treatment equipment continuously ventilates air into the reactor, aerobic microorganisms can take the adsorbed organic pollutants into the human body as nutrients and metabolize them. Some of them are used for their own growth and reproduction, and some are converted into carbon dioxide and water, which realizes their uptake and decomposition.

3. Working principle of sedimentation tank for acid and alkali wastewater reuse equipment

The sedimentation tank makes use of gravity to make the suspended sludge with specific gravity greater than that of water sink to the bottom of the tank, so as to remove it from the water and ensure better effluent quality. The sludge settled to the bottom will return to the contact oxidation bed automatically to maintain the sludge concentration of the contact oxidation bed.

4. Disinfection tank of acid and alkali wastewater reuse equipment

In wastewater treatment, solid chlorine is used to disinfect the effluent, which can effectively kill bacteria, Escherichia coli, virus and other pathogenic microorganisms in the water. The treated water is clear and transparent without odor. The number of bacteria and Escherichia coli can meet the national wastewater discharge standard.
